It’s time to complete the list for booth workers at the show. The show is March 5-8th. That’s Thursday and Friday from 5:00 – 9:00 PM, Saturday from 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. It typically takes 3-4 people to work the crowd plus 2 more to give people a break occasionally. We have a good start as far as headcount but do need more help on the following days/shifts. Thurs: 5:00 – 9:00 PM – Need 2-3 more, Saturday 11:00 AM- 3:00 PM- Need 3-4 more. Saturday 2:00 PM- 6:00 PM- Need 3-4 more. Saturday 5:00 PM- 9:00 PM- Need 4-5 more. Sunday 11:00- 3:00 PM- Need 3-4 more. Note: If you have already signed up
You DO NOT need to reply. If you would like to volunteer now, respond to this email with your Name/Day and Time that you can work. We will have access to a few free passes so typically you can get in for nothing. If you can Tie Flies during your shift please put a TF after your name.
Our purpose is to talk to people about our organization, invite them to a meeting and/or sign them up as members. We also want to call attention to our Raffle Items and SELL TICKETS.
Note: I am still waiting to hear back from Spectra Productions about us (FFI) doing a seminar. So, if we are
going to do someting, we will need 4-6 additional folks during the time assigned to us. I will be
at the next regular meeting (THURSDAY FEB. 20th) with updates on things. SOOOO… sign up now and avoid the rush. Thanks for you’re participation. Brad Strawn
