Here are the current Ada County Master Plan and the Boise River Master Plan along with the recommendations document that BVFF provided during their survey groups.  As I mentioned, Art Butts from IDFG is very concerned that they will expand the tuber zone (and seems to have heard that they want to do this).  At the end of their survey groups they presented the combined feedback, which I have summarized and included.  I think BVFF’s input helped add emphasis to protecting and preserving wild trout habitat on the Boise River, but it seems clear (to me) that they want to (and will) expand the floater zone.
