Hello members this months presentation will be given by Mike McLean. Mike will be educating you on the equipment and preparation needed for high mountain fishing. This will be one not to miss.

Are you curious about fishing high mountain lakes? You may have a perception about what it takes to access these gems?

Mike will also share a little-known way to access these lakes, and what it takes, both in gear and guts to do it.

Are you looking for that mythical place where you can fish in a serene, isolated location. Then this presentation is for you.

Mike will share methods to access and strategies to fish the many lakes around McCall and beyond.

Mike knows many of the 400+ lakes that surround the McCall area. He’ll share different methods and gear to access these lakes, and will share his 2 MOST favorite methods, hiking and bike-packing deep in to the back country.

If you know nothing about bike packing, this will blow your mind! He’ll even share a few, but not all, of the secrets he has acquired over the years. You’ll understand why, after Mike’s upbringing in National Parks, why he’s so passionate about wild and remote areas.
